I'm in the process of building a few new ones. Painting is done (I hope), just a little axle and wheel prep and they'll be ready to put on. I've posted a picture of some of them, I'll try to get some pictures posted of the rest within the next week or so !! Looks like a lot of new cars will be making their debut at the "Bluegrass Nationals" !!

OK, this one is for Dewayne. These are the cars I have ready or almost ready for BlueGrass: This my Oldest boys Limited car. Still need to finish wheels and axles. Don't have a name yet. This is my middle son's Limited car. We named it TALON. I am running it at WIRL this weekend with NANOLUBE. Should be interesting. This is my Limited car. It is also running at WIRL this weekend. Its name is RAPTOR. This is my Pro-Stock. Its name is PSYCHO. This is one of middle sons Pro-Stock. It will be running at WIRL this Saturday. Its name is VORTEX. This is my Pro-Mod. Its name is PHANTOM. This is my oldest boy's Pro-Mod. Its running at WIRL this Saturday. Its name is EXCALIBUR> This is my HR66. Its name is NOBRAKES. This is a new design I am working on. Not sure what it will be. Novice? Stock? Modified? I want to try different wheels to see what way will be fastest. No name yet. This is my oldest boys novice car. BLUE HORNET. And my middle sons novice car SICKTHUNDER> And last but not least, my wife decided the other night that she would never get the kitchen table back and if she was going to spend any time with me and the boys then she would have to build a car for herself and get into the mix, and yes, she built this car herself. All I did was cut it out for her. Got to get her busy on the wheels and axles. Her race team will be BEAKERGIRL Racing and the car has been named BEAKERETTE. Got some more to build and some to finish. I am going to dive into flames and stencils for the next few cars. I post as soon as they are born. See ya Scott Beakerboys

Dapine and Beakerboys, your cars look great !! I can't wait to see them run. It's cool to see your wives getting in on the fun also. I think if my wife beat me at the BGN it would be a long ride home !! I'd never hear the end of it !! I've got wheels and axles on most of my BGN hopefuls now. Just a few more to finish up. I took some pictures tonight but when I downloaded them they were all blurry ? My youngest son was playing with the camera, no doubt he must have changed the settings on it !! I'll try to get it figured out and take some more pictures. Lucky 13

"CHA-CHA" looks great Dapine !! Just out of curiosity did you add to the old CHA-CHA or is that a whole new body ? Any chance we will see "Time Fighter" make it's HR66 debut ?

Dwayne,
Nice Job on Cha Cha!
I thought my cars had looked at the back end of Cha Cha for the last time, but at least it will be a little different view this time.

It's actually 2 mods (1 LW and 1 SW), 2 Stock (1 LW and 1 SW), and 3 Limiteds !! I started working on a Hot Rod 66, not sure if I'll get it done or not ? I've been happy with my Stock cars testing so far. The Mods are another story !! I have better luck with wide wheel cars !? I made a few changes to the Mods and plan on doing a little more testing to see if it helps or not ? I'm hoping to have 2 cars in limited, stock and mod and 1 car each in pro-mod and pro-stock. It will all depend on how they perform. Lucky 13

Here's what I have been working on this past week. I've got 5 more bodies done, 3 stock and 2 modified. Still got to prep wheels and axles for all of them. Take a look and let me know what you think: This is my oldest boys stock car. Candy Green. No name yet: This my middle sons stock car. Flip Flop paint green to blue to purple. No name yet: This is my stock car. The can says Candy Purple but looks kinda redish pink to me.No name yet: This is my oldest boys modified car. Black with the flip flop flames courtesy of stencil from DerbyDoc. No name yet: This is my middle sons modified car. He picked out the skull stencil. Agaian courtesy of DerbyDoc. Candy apple red with yelloe-gold candy paint for the skull. No name yet: Still got a couple more to build and ALOT of axle and wheel work. Building, shaping and painting comes pretty easy and I can knock one out pretty quick, its the wheel and axle work that takes me so long. Probably be polishing axles up until Aug. 29th. See Ya Scott Beakerboys
