My son became a Cub Scout this year so we got introduced to the world of pinewood derby and I was bitten. My sons car won our event and we are on our way to district in a week. I had so much fun I decided to build my own. I really liked the look of the Nellie Faye fenders so I decided to make it my first project. The vision  After cutting and sanding

Yup, it's a tile saw but not very small. I think I got a 10" blade on it right now.
