In the race schedule for June 30 their are two special divisions - Mills Craft and Pickup. I can't fine any rules, or anything about the Pickup. Where can I find this? I think this is something new this season but I can't find any info about it!

It is actually an old division. I have some of the kits from BetaCrafts if needed. I'll see about bringing back the rules now that we are on the new version of Proboards.

There were 3 cars that raced in June in the Pickup division, but how did those racers know how to make a Pickup ?

Thank you to whoever you are for speaking for me. I am not sure who you are or were since it appears you have deleted your account. While I have taken some time away from PWDR lately it does not mean that I do not support it. I still am a racer here at PWDR. I made a choice to not race the last several months so that I could spend time with family (Steven AKA Sky Racing is away most of this summer with various camps including the National Jamboree), expand www.derbyevolution.com, work on other investments, and work on my cabin. This does not mean that I will not be racing with PWDR really soon. I fully support PWDR, Mr. Slick, and league racing. I have supported multiple leagues and races this season, including providing door prizes for other leagues including the other league Nationals and technical support and door prizes for Mid-America. So as you can see I have stayed very busy with Pinewood Derby Racing this season and the fact that you are tracking what I am doing proves to me that someone is watching! Thank You!

More than you know are watching. We appreciate all your and Warren's hard work with PWDR. I think most were just in the dark and wondering what the heck was going on. Last month the car count was very low and we have not seen any of the videos posted in the last couple of months. I tried to get a print-out for my records of the results of several of the past months races, and all I could pull up were blank screens. So far this new format for the forum is somewhat intimating for some to say the least. Maybe it'll get better in the future but for now it's hard to navigate. Seems the old format was much more user friendly. Anyway all that aside we are glad to have you back with us. I think we all realize just how busy it must be to run a business, take care of the family and work on this forum, but we do appreciate all your and Warren's hard work. Lee

Thanks, I'll give it more time the next time I try. I like to keep all the records of my times each month to see if my re-prep is working or slowing me down.

Texas, Ya I keep busy for sure. I work an average of 72 hrs a week as a firefighter, run www.derbyevolution.com, work on personal watercraft and other small engines, but my most important jobs are being a good father and husband. I know the forum format is new and it will allow pwdr to grow. It is going to take some time to get it all worked out. Much of the old code that had been written for the old version will not function with the new. This is requiring new codes to be written and that takes time. I am betting when warren has it all done, pwdr is going to be awesome. This just let's guys know how well they had it and how great it will be when it is done.
