Like me I am sure many of you have been busy with Scout stuff, but what are you guys bringing for February? This is the last week to work on cars for us proxy guys!
My HR66, Coddy Coupe, had a little drink of Root Beer in January but otherwise was lonely last month!

I have been working on two new Mills-Craft cars of late. I am also planning on getting some speed on the HR66 so it floats by you. LOL!

Probably nothing new for february but I got my new proxxon today so I'm sure I will get to building something for march. Maybe I'll build something to run with the Cody coupe and the rootbeer float.

Working on the weight for the Mills Craft, then wheels and hoping to get wheels on the HR66.... being "stuck" in Tampa for the week will make it a busy weekend when I get back.  |

Well I have a few bodies almost ready to paint. A few sets of axles close to being done. Have not been able to prep any wheels yet. Test track is put together in sections. I will set it up tomorrow or Wednesday and put the timer on. I am trying to get a pure stock car ready and a limited. It is going to be close. When is the latest the cars need to arrive at the shop to be checked in for the race?

All proxy cars should arrive on the Fri before every race. We do not get Saturday mail before the race, so all racers should ship their cars early enough that the cars arrive on Friday.

Tonight Sky Racing and I worked on some new Mills-Craft cars. I am not sure we will get them finished for this month, but we are giving everything to them. We finished sanding the bodies today and added a layer of filler to smooth them out. I will have to sand both of them tomorrow so that when Sky gets home he can prime his.
He decided he wanted to build a Stock Car and I finally am doing a Mustang. I have sold a lot of the Mustang, but have never built one for myself. I am still deciding on my paint, but I am sure I will come up with some combo that I like. Since it is a Mustang I am thinking that it should be red with white stripes.

I would paint it blue with white strips like a old 302 BOSS
