Novice Division

[Evolution]

I thought that the novice division was going to be done away with? I see that there was a car that was awarded first place in the novice division for Feb., I am confused by this and would like to have someone clarify this for me. I am not wanting to send one in for myself as I think that would be unfair, but Sky would not do so well against adults in the other classes and the noice might fit him well. Thanks in advance.

Well thats pie in the face. I guess I need to spend less time in the garage and more time reading, but if I spend less time in the garage I will never catch Proquest.
