I have a problem! I may have cut the best car I have ever made to date, but I told my wife before hand that I was making a car for her. This car would make a great limited. There is no paint on it and it is not even primed. Should I cut a new car and tell her it is hers or just bite it and give this one to her. I can always make more and one might even be better, oh what to do!!!

Evolution,
I am sure you can find a "problem" with it somewhere. If not, just post a pic and we will help you out. HA! HA! You certainly don't want to give her a inferior car body. I agree with Scott though in that it is amazing she would care. That would be a great problem to have. Solvable only by getting a new precision drill press with laser sighting, x-y table and a new workshop to put it in. After all, you want to make her a truly perfect car, right? A new track just to test it would be nice as well. Tell her you want to build her 4 cars by they way so you will need a 4 lane track. Too funny!!!

personally you should be a man and let/ make her finish it...... just kidding.. good luck with that.... this year at out pack races my wife and daughters cars both beat mine. for me it was about testing. also i luuuv my wife. that was another low blow. just kidding. i would personally take my chances. you built 1 awesome car and chances are you can build another. good luck isnt that a commandment. thou shault not covet thy neighbors good. or maybe thou shalt not steal... another funny. i just want a chance to beat you. ha ha ha. good luck with your decision jamie

Well I have the drill press (two really) with freaking lazers, the x/y table, new track last year, and my work shop has just about everything I want in it. Sometimes I wish it did not have so much stuff in it.
I guess I am going to let her have this one. She does not like making the bodies, but she likes painting. I am going to build a couple more like it and see if I can improve on it. It was a different style car and I am sure I can make it a little better.
