Finally finished my new big axle MOD- with a little help from a Dr. friend Hope to have it to MN by the weekend- still needs tuning so I don't know how it will perform. I struggled deciding what to name it- then I saw it all together and it came to me:: PurpleHAZE

Sweet ride Sappington !! Looks like I need to visit the Doc and get some airbrush lessons !! Those purple DerbyWorx RS wheels really set it off !! I see you incorporated Khouses idea for notching the axles !! Lucky 13

Nice ride, Sapp. I think it needs one of SloSteve's trophies as a hood ornament, though. You know, sorta would give it a finishing touch.....I think the other racers would like that too ;D.If we're gonna get beat, we wanna get beat with style

Doug, Your cars keep getting better and better. ;D You have raised the bar again! Question though. I've wanted to use some colored wheels on some of my cars but wasn't sure how the colortron dye would affect the bore. When you dye the wheels, do you mask off the bore and hub area? Again AWESOME creation! See Ya Scott Beakerboys
