I have had several people ask me what I have been up to in my own builds of late. I have not shown a new car in a few month, but that is not because I have not been busy. Sky Racing and I have been busy with new builds and working on cars for special races. Here are some of the exciting cars to come out of the shop lately. I wish I could show all the cars, but some of the bodies have not been for us or are to be announced later. Here is my latest build. You may or may not see this on the league track soon. It is built to race and will be raced, but was built for a specific race in mind. I call this build Grass Hopper!!! Yes, I am waiting on my new axles for this build.... This is Sky Racing's latest build. I do not know if he has a name for it, but I know he was thinking "Deer John"! This is my new Mills-Craft Mustang. I am thinking of calling it "Carroll". Also pictured is Sky Racing's new Mills-Craft Stock Body. I think he is planning on calling it "Burple".

Very nice looking cars. Fade paint jobs always look great. Can or airbrush? Good luck with them.

BSB these are airbrushed. The fade paint was Sky Racing's idea and I like it. He tried to talk me into letting him have that car after he saw the finished paint job, but it is my car. He choose the paint for his, so he now has to live with it. LOL. The kandy paint job on his car looks great in the day light, but does not show well in the picture.

Evolution,
Very nice looking set of cars. Are the fenders on the two cars in the center made with pinewood?

Tom,
Thank you for the kind words, coming from you I am flattered. You are an artist of wood so that means a lot to me. The fenders on the two cars in the pictures are made of pine.

Steve,
There are no axles pictured as wheels were just propped up under the cars to take pictures.
These cars have already been retired. They ran the one race they were designed to run. These will now rest on my shelf. They may make a return to a track in the years to come, but they were not designed for league racing. They were setup to run the Indiana State Museum Race.
