Guys there will be no need to watch out anymore. The car was destroyed this weekend at the Indiana State Museum race.
This car will not be seen racing as it is a trash can car. It does hold the track record at the Museum. It did go 4.4060 on a 125ft track. It was fast, but could not hold up to the beating it took.
Oh well this just gives my more reason to build more cars!!!!!!!

That sucks Evolution!!! My father in law sent me a picture of the race last year and I am sure there is a lot of work that goes into the setup so I can understand that there would be problems. But, like you said, why not put a pillow or other element at the end to help prevent the crashes. Ouch!!! You've still got time to build for May and ProQuest needs someone to push him.

Steve,
Congrats on the track record !! Sorry to hear the car was destroyed. I wouldn't worry about it to much, with the quality of cars you've been building lately, you will have another one to replace it in no time !!

moodswing you just screwed me up with all that. i was starting to follow you but i have a 48 foot track and am doing low 3.4s and i have one even quicker than that now. I call it the "5 minute swiss mobile" thats the fastest one i have and am waiting to see how it fares against all you pro's. good luck.
