Race is in 10 days. Time to chime in with what you are sending to start the 2008 season. I have a minimum of two as of right now, maybe three.
Good Luck in 2008.

I plan to have my new HR66 "The Grump II" ready in time to send it this weekend. The paint ended up a disaster. I had it looking pretty nice until I dinged it up and tried to repair it.
I am also planning to send "Grumpy's Toy III". It has 9 more months I can race it, and I haven't had time to get anything else going.
Good luck to all racers.
Phil

Lucky 13 Pinewood Racing will be there with 5 new cars. Limited, Stock, Pro-Stock, Modified and a Hot Rod 66. Hopefully they perform halfway decent because I'm probably going to just leave them in Minnesota for the next few months, one less thing to worry about during the move !! Good Luck to everyone in the 2008 season, I'm looking forward to seeing the new rides !!

For sure Wasabi (Limited) will be there, and probably Tabasco (Stock), Senpai (Modified) and Ichiban (Pro-Stock). Same old cars, nothing new.
Best of luck to all who take part.

Sappington Racers hopes to have 3 in: A Revised Saske 1 (different wheels & alignment), Bondmobile- that's our baseline for speed comparison, and Introducing: ReMIX, was a pack winner two years ago but was built before the discovery of advanced building techniques and materials like tungsten. It's now in the process of getting new wheels & weights (but waiting on a supply shipment from Pinewood Extreme), a new paint job just like the original, even found an exact matched set of decals at the hobby shop yesterday that will restore her to the original look. I have to go to Dallas this weekend and will be severely limited on time but will try my best to get them all done. BTW: Our pack race is also on the 12th so Saske 03 will be running elsewhere + going for a threepeat....

Nothing exciting here. Had hopes of building some new cars but in reality, I built nothing I will be sending Humerus. Was hoping to awaken an old pro stock but was fooling around with some different lubes and I successfully slowed it down by about .03 . If I have time this weekend to re-do, then maybe I will have 2 cars for next week. Good luck to all. ;D

Gentlemen:
Start your engines. I've got 4 lined up and ready to ship (by overnight, of course). Made changes to all -- except Wasabi. Always fun to see if all the tinkering helps or hurts. Probably gave Tabasco too little steer and Senpai too much. But either way, let's get ready to rumble.

Barga Racing should have 2 in the mix. Left hr66 there last month and requipped Blurr with same lube I used on the hotrod. Will find out if it works on big axles as well as it did on needles. Now just need to get it in the mail. Good Luck to all Sat.
