I think the rules are pretty close as they are.
If anything it would be nice to have a class that would make it a little easier to get started. I know it's easier said than done, but when I started we were still dreaming of a sub 3 Modified.

Phil For the racers just starting out as well as the experienced builder and people that don't have access to a good track, a Test session each month similar to WIRL's experimental cars would be kinda cool. Maybe have the fee to participate at a reduced cost, Only PWD class legal cars can participate, Only 1 run in each lane, Cars score no points, Cars are mailed back with time slips (times not posted for all to see). When the builder thinks they're ready, send that car in to point race for all to see. My 1st mod was slower than 3/4 of the pure stock field. Yikes I dunno, I like things the way they are but just thought I would throw something out there that might attract a new builder to get their feet wet.
