Lol..yes it would, my rules would be out of the box, wheels, axles , block add any materials as long as it stays in your lane.5oz max...done

I believe that Classy said the Northern Star Council rules for the car.
Each car down each of the three lanes once, like a normal NSC race.
The car must complete at least one run with a time of less than 9.999 seconds.
I think that was about it.
