Dan sent this out via email, want to make sure its public info for anybody planning to visit the first time ...
this Sunday Jan 25th. is the first race.The race will be later in the day this month do to we have a race to put on in Hudson WI that aftrnoon. so we should be back to the workshop somewhere between 5:30 - 6pm.
if we are not, be patient, the past 2 years we have had to drive in a snow storm to get back to the workshop. so we hope this year gives us better weather.
check-in is at 6:30 and race at 7pm

Also remember that the workshop may be open before we get there if you need some extra tuning time.

The calendar on PwdRacing.com has it through June. Basically it is the LAST Sunday of the month.

Did not know what P.I.R.L. stood for in the calendar key. Are all the classes listed in the different forum categories the ones that are being run this year?

Yes - and there's a new class this year that isn't listed called the Northern Star Council class. As the name implies, it follows the NSC rules which are here ... www.northernstarbsa.org/Forms/Activities/PinewoodDerbyRules.pdfThis is the best fit for your BASX cars if you intend to run them. I suspect the NSC class will be the most popular class by far. |

Yes, the race is on March 22nd. If you can't make it, please drop your cars off ahead of time.

Now that St. Patty's Day is behind us we can get to work on the cars for this Sunday! I still have 4 races before the league race on Sunday.  |

oops --- it is one of them.
I believe the reason for two was that the Memorial Day weekend was the last Sunday of the month so it was moved up?
I'll check with Dan and see what he says. Is there one that is better for people?
My preference, and what I have on the master spreadsheet is Sunday May 24th.
