Was just checking it out Bruce. That's really slick. Seems like if a guy had a nice smooth consistant track with a timer he could do pretty good. Here's the link. Then about half way down. pwdracing.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=tracks&action=display&thread=3700Thanks again for the reply's everybody. We'll have to send our cars to race after scout season and see where we're at.

Hey everybody! My problem is that the garage is only 29 feet long. Paul Paul, my situation was just about the same as yours. My track post might help. I think I have the best set up I could possibly have with space constraints. I'm in a small bungalow, so my house is about the same length you have to work with. Basically I got a 20ft test track, but asked for a few parts to be swapped out. I ordered a single lane 20ft track BUT with a full size start section, full size stop section, and a full size double lane stand. I didn't need a double lane stand, but they don't make a single lane full size stand. Plus that will enable me to expand in the future to 2 lanes if I ever need to. It ends up to be about a 26ft track. Worked out great for me! Here's my post. pwdracing.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=tracks&action=display&thread=3013

Thanks for the info X-ring! I think I can fit a 35 footer in my garage from corner to corner which would be fine during the winter. I'd love to have a 2 lane with timers and remote start. Better start saving I guess. This is hot.

42' 4 lane Best Track w/ Champ Timer. I just got my hands on 4 section's of single lanes, all I need is the full size start section, curve and stop section and ill have a 42' single lane. I've been thinking about selling this to the pack, they are doing better now and could afford it. I bought it because both packs in town couldnt afford a track. I've been running both pack races for 4 years now.

Thanks for the info X-ring! This is hot. Thanks! That was my very first car, and still my favorite cosmetically. It was very inconsistant it's 1st time out. I sent it in proxy to KY. It wasn't until it's 3-4th run down the track that Lucky figured out it had to be staged very tight against the rail, it ran very well after he figured that out I think it had a bad bend in the FD axle.
