MicroLux Benchtop Variable Speed Mini Hobby Drill Press or Proxxon Bench Drill Press TBM115 that is the question.
I need to buy one that is easy to square. What are your thoughts?

Several of us use the MicroLux variable speed press, it has a larger table to drill from. Mine was taken apart before I even ran it and everything checked. Mine has no measurable runout and is a great drill press. The Proxxon is also a good drill press.

Minicraft has a good price on the Proxxon. Who has the best price on the Microlux?

Sometimes the price isn't what matters. Sometimes the features make something wrth the purchase. For me one thing that stood out with the Microlux was the larger table to drill from.
The Microlux can be had for under $200 most of the time.

I think you will like it. If I could make a recommendation when you first get it take it apart and clean it well. Then take it and run it for a good while. Let all the parts settle in to each other before putting any load on it. That's what I did with mine.
