Evo, What is your suggestion about tuning cars at the race venue? Do most racers bring their cars race ready? Do you suggest that we pull our championship cars out and run them on your test track? How does you test track scale to the PWDR Track? Do you run cars on test track on an individual basis? Doesn't it take away some of the suspense if we all run our championship cars on the test track? Let us know your thoughts! Murph I don't know about anybody else, but I am going to treat this race no differently than the 10 previous races. For me it will be just like a proxy race with the exception, the oil will be fresher, the cars won't have suffered the USPS trauma, and I will stage the cars myself. ;Dditto

I might want to tune my Pure Stock cars on the test track. That will give me extra time to work on my championship cars at home.
If I can take a couple of days off next week to trial the my cars, I will probably not pull my championship cars out till race time.
I have no idea where I am at. My cars ran like crap in November. I am keeping my fingers crossed with the new wheels! Should be fun boys!

I made a change on the hill angle when I got my cars back from Nov. Where I'm at, I haven't a clue? It should be fun though, I agree. ;D ;D

Murph I have always tuned my cars at home then run them on Evo's test track to double check things before the race. It helps alot for me I sometimes can gain some time but I have lost what I had also.

It is up to the racer to decide if they want to run their cars on the test track. We will be taking the test track apart and putting it back together next week to fix some issues with it, so the time difference it has with the league track might change. We will have the difference figured out and know what it is before Friday.

Will both lanes be available to use or will it still be just one good lane?

Both lanes will be setup on the test tack. Cash is going to come and work his magic on it and it should be very smooth.

Preview of one of the great items we will be giving away at the Championship Race. We are very lucky to have such great sponsors for our series. Make sure you take a minute and send a message to our sponsors if you are a winner of one of their great prizes.

Who made this cool car - it looks like it still needs an acrylic canopy to finish it!

That is who made this fine car. If you haven't had the chance to see one of his cars close up you are missing out. All his cars are works of art. He truely is one of the greatest car builders out there.
I am lucky enough to own two of his cars. I received one from him and was given another by a great friend. Both of these cars are very special to me and when people ask to see cars I make sure these are two of the first I show.

Well, I put new wheels on the Pro-Stock and it's running about the same. I don't think it's got what it takes to catch 5kids,BSB or DaPine, but it's going like it is. I had to put new wheels (1.170") on my Pure Stocker that ran last month in Limited class. It's not as fast but still should do ok. Limited has new wheels and turning about the same times. They are what they are. I could probably tweak till the cows come home and end up right where I started. Sometimes you have to know when to put the pliers down. Good Luck to everyone. This most likely will be my last race for a few months, Scouts and traveling Cheerleading have my schedule booked just about every weekend till May. Maybe I will be able to squeeze something in here and there. ;D
