So what's everyone building for September? I am trying to build a stocker to add to my fleet.... again... I had one that ran ok, but I stole the wheels for my pro-stocker. If it runs halfway decent I'll send it...

I am working on a few new cars at least one for limited. I am also working on the reconstruction of my HR66 after dropping it and breaking the body into at least 6 pieces. So hopefully I will have at least two new cars for Sept.

I've been using my stash of the old style wheels to cut Stocker wheels. My 1st set came in a 1.2g and I have been running those for a couple of months. I just finished a new set which came in at 1 g. They are prepped and ready to test. I plan on sending them on a Stocker to see how they do. Irene is ready and 2 more limited cars to prep this weekend.

Everyone must be real busy because it's been like a ghost town on here. I've been working on reprepping my limited cars and getting "Red Baron" ready but things are not going to good. Plum Crazy was ready to go and running great times when it picked up some dirt in the bore so I had to tear it down last night and redo. That's a great looking car BSB.

Bill, that car you built is awesome; what class will you be running it in? Here is a mod I've been working on I call "HORNET" I won't get a chance to send it to PWDR this time because I would not get back in time to send it to PDDR's race. I already made a promise to O.R. and Sogone I was going to out run them. I know what you're thinking, but I still have to try to stand good on my promise. ;D Attachments:

I'm trying to get a new HR66 & Pro Mod completed. Not sure if I'll get them done due to a recent family emergency, it has kept me away from working on them or anything else for that matter. Got real good news last night that the situation will be OK, thank God. So back at it I go. Testing is fun now that the Grandson is 14 mo old, Mrs Da Pine takes care of him when his parents are at work, so I have to set up the track on a day I know he's not coming over, then quickly take it down. He thinks it's a slide like the one in the backyard  and like every kid I've seen, they want to climb the slide & not the steps  I'll have something there for this months race  |

That car will be running stock. I didn't have a set of stock wheels for it when I shot the picture so I stuck on a set of razors. Kind of liked the look of the bigs n littles.

I'm trying desperately to get a HR66 put together in time. Was up till 1am last night sanding on it. I think I got too ambitious for the amount of time I have left. Grimace will be back sporting some new shoes. We'll see if they make him faster. It works for my son every time he gets new shoes. (unless they're church shoes, "church shoes aren't fast Dad")  |
