We are at The Cleveland Clinic, and Ashlee is going to have surgery tomorrow morning at 9:00am.
They are going to remove a cyst from an ovary and repair a bowel prolapse.
Everything has been going pretty well since she got on the trial drug earlier this year, but she did need to get these problems corrected. Hopefully this will help her to feel better.
Please keep her in your prayers.
Thanks.
Phil

Good luck with everything Phil. My wife went through almost the same thing a few weeks ago. Everything will turn out fine. Just remember that were thinking of you. God Bless.

Thanks all of you for your prayers.
For a quick update,
Ash is out of surgery, and the surgeon said the bowel part went fine. He said he was able to tack it up exactly the way he wanted to.
For some reason they hadn't checked the cyst, so they got a Dr. to look at the cyst, and they said it was OK.
I don't understand it all, but we will just have to trust that they were right. We're sure that it worked out the way that God intended
Keep her in your prayers.
Phil
PS. I just got back from her room, and she is in a lot of pain, but happy with the way the surgery went. Connie is staying with her for a while and I'm going to get some rest, and then I'm going to sit with her while Connie rests.
