Only for the Webelos Scientist/Engineer pins! Almost had a major in physics back in college. same for math, accounting, and management. I did get my major in Computer Science. I would have had to take a class during the summer between Jr and Sr year AND a full load Sr year. As a newly wed I opted out of that. I have spent over a decade doing contract research and development. I was the one irritating the mechanical engineers with my ideas. . . and then they had to deal with me for all the hard core numerical analysis. . . those were the days. I no longer have any cad software other then basic Visio so I am rather limited in my "expression" of my ideas. . . but I do get a few.

OK, Warren I saw one problem with your design of the new PB Tool........The pin axle drill bits will not fit through the "Ears" of the current PB tool because of being tool short shafted. Anyone know where to get longer drill bits to say 2 1/4" long for the pin axles?
Nice job with the Visio drawing, BTW.
