Need help from some of you tecknofiles. When I watch the videos they skip/shake. Kinda a la Max-head-Roomesk. I know this is not in the video, because other races have started doing the same thing that played just fine before. If this were a CD player I'd say that my heads needed cleaning. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Steve H.

What you might be experiencing is the buffering of the file transfer. . .
Can you right click on the link and download the target file(Save Link As) and then open it?

Warren,
Thanks for the suggestion, but it did not fix the problem. Any other ideas?
Steve

MPQIMH, how many things are running on your system? Too many things and you could be swapping memory to disk and that can cause the same effect. Not as common as flicker due to transmision buffering but some people try to squeeze every last bit of power from their computers. . . .

The picture is super clear on your videos Warren. What type of camera are you using?

These are the 640x400 "medium quality upload NTSC" version that are generated from the Pinnacle Studio software. I am actually shooting in 1920x1080 (edit: verified the correct numbers at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1080i ) . . . The camera is a Canon HV10 that takes high-def video and writes to a tape.
