Thank you Warthog, Wheeler and ProQuest for the warm welcome. Glad to be here and very much looking forward to the August race. I hope I can put on a respectable performance. ;D
ProQuest, I am sending a stockr, which is yet to be named. It is the only car I have free right now to send, hopefully more to come.

Unfortunately Team Bubba will miss the August race. We have been letting our "inspiration" get the best of us and focusing on starting new vehicles instead of finishing up the ones we already have on the bench. Most of the time we spent this weekend on PWD was on an entirely new creation, with only a little time spent trying to wrap up our "in progress" work. Right now we have 6 different vehicles that need finishin' up so that we can bring them to Lima - DKL (re-work), 2 Semis (display), 1 HR 66 (new) and 2 "surprises" (new). Not sure which category the "surprises" will go in, depends on whether we find some dough laying around to cover a set or two of new razor wheels. Better get a move on or we'll be coming empty handed. p.s. We also do this with books sometimes, we get started on 5 or 6 and end up taking forever to finish the first one.

I will be absent for the August race as I will be on vacation. We have a coporate sponsored cub scout race later this month so the boys and I will be concentrating on getting our cars ready for that race when we get home. I will be taking my laptop so I can watch the race while on vacation. Hopefully, I will have something ready for the September race. Good luck and have fun next week. Hope to see many of you at the Lima Land Open.

We're in with (1) stocker (no name yet) and (1) limited (Afterburner). This is our first attempt at an extended wheel base car. So, we'll see what happens. Talk to you guys on Sunday.

Looks like there is going to be a big turnout Sunday. Is everybody ready to race??
I'm getting anxious to see if "Grumpy's Toy II" and "Pig Pen's" brand new spiffy 1 1/2 hour paint jobs (that includes primer, 2 tone paint, and clear coating) and new shoes help them any.
There is a rumor going around that Parrot Racing has a corporate sponsor for "Nautical Wheeler" (Arby's Popcorn Chicken Shakers). Enrico, could you give us any info on the rumor, or will we just have to wait and see?
It's time to dust off your mics and get them ready for chatting during the race.
Good luck to all racers!
Phil

Hey Guys, I should be in with Blurr in limited and both of kids pro-mods, if they get there in time. Going to put them in mail today. Blurr was cleaned and realigned. Kids cars simply had alignment checked. Was first I got them out of boxes since I got them back from PWD last month. Ricochet won't make the trip since I did not get any new packaging made. Good Luck to all. I hope to be online but not sure.

Thanks in advance. ;D

If you have any questions just ask, and hopefully someone who is better qualified than I will jump in and help. Well I wanted it to be a surprise, Phil, but yes it is true. Arby's is ditching Matt Kenseth and will now be employing Nautical Wheeler to pitch its popcorn chicken shakers. Everytime NW wins a race they will be giving out free chicken........so there will never be any free chicken!! Was going to keep NW out of sundays race, but due to popular demand, I am trying to get her ready, just trying to figure out how to get more weight on the back.

Enrico Parrot Racing Reminds me of the saying "there's no such thing as bad publicity". For good or for bad, NW is enjoying her "15 minutes of fame" and then some. Go Nautical Wheeler Go!!!
