Competition is tightening up at PWDRacing! In January only three NSC cars broke 2.90xx. In June nine of the top ten were in the 2.88xx range, with a tie for 2nd and a tie for 6th (to 1/10,000). Either there is a lot of learning going on, or Mr. Slick and Classy are jacking up the hill…or maybe it was because Microbrush was staging and everything he touches seems to be fast. Regardless, join the fun and watch those times drop. Thank you to all those who are sharing information and tips to us newer to the sport.
My guess is that it was the magical touch. The track hasn't been changed for years at the top end - the straight part has been cleaned and with a much more accurate level we are working on perfection in the alignment, cross level and the joints. It is probably due for a rebuild at the end of the year.
