Hello all, I've been racing at pddr for the last 4 months and decided I would like to race some here as well, if no one objects. I see that you have a race comming up July 30th. I'd like to race in the modified class. What time does the race usually start on the live feed (eastern standard time)?

Welcome to the boards and you are more then welcome to come race with us. The racing will begin at 1pm eastern time and the live stream will be up shortly before that.
If you have anymore questions please feel free to contact me or any of the mods on the board. Looking forward to seeing your car on the track.

derbyfreak,
Welcome my friend. This is exactly what we need to see. Racers from the PDDR coming over here to race. Now if we can return the favor and get some PWDR regulars to send a car or 2 to the PDDR. Together we can make PWD not only great for all of us racers but can attract new racers along the way. Best of luck racing derbyfreak.

There are alot of great racers in the PWD leagues and many of them race at multiple leagues or switch back and forth. All of the leagues put in alot of hard work to keep this sport going strong and I am positive your are welcome to race at any or all of them. This year I have raced at the PDDR, March Madness, PWDR and WIPR and I try to race as much as time and money permits. Scott

Hey Derby Freak!
Glad to have you race with us! Va. and Ohio aren't that far from each other. I believe you and I PM'd a few times prior to your joining the forum at PWDR? Anyway, looking forward to seeing your mod run. ;D

Thanks guys, you sure know how to make a person feel welcome. Yeah BSB, we pm'ed a couple times good to see you here. I'd been missing the chance to talk to ya. I see you have some of those awesome BSB wheels on the car you have posted in your signature area. I may have to see about purchasing some of those some time the cut down stock wheels seem to be a little weak to me.

The stock wheels are sweet and every bit as strong as BSA stockers, probably stronger.... now getting them to run as fast as Ca$h.... that's another issue...

I see the guys have made you welcome this morning and have answered some of your questions. You have picked a pretty good time to start racing with us (2nd half of the Championship Series). If you have some questions on what you need to know in order to start racing with us this coming weekend, everything can be found here: pwdracing.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=proxyracing. steepslope

I agree 5kids, the stockers and pure stockers are just as strong, but those razor wheels are very delicate and easy to break.
