I had a great time and so did my boys. We are going to find a way to ship the cars safely and send some in Proxy to MN.
It was awesome to finally meet the people behind the boards. Thanks for all your hardwork, it was awesome. Thanks to everyone who sponsored. Fred, you are a magician with the track.

Thank you to everyone who came to the North Coast Open. The race was a HUGE success. We had a total of 76 cars !! Thank you to all the vendors who donated door prizes. Thank you to everyone who helped set the race up and tear it down. I would start mentioning names but this post would be a mile long. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great day of racing and fellowship. I appreciate the support shown by so many !! A special Thanks to Fred Wheeler and Kevin Baugher (Derbymaster) for a great track set-up. Pictures are posted on the Derbyworx board.
Thanks again, Lucky 13

I had a GREAT time on Sat. 4-28-07 at the North Coast Open. Lots of fast cars (WOW on Fred Wheeler's new track record time 2.890). I think I might have to retire from my Collision Repair Business so I can catch Fred. You can bet the farm that I will have a FASTER car at the Lima Land Open in Sept this year. It might take that long to build one that will run with Fred. It was nice to see everyone and WOW on the turn out. Special thanks for a job well done (Lucky 13 )BobHardwick - Larry Reed - Fred Wheeler - Dan Shullick. I also want to thank the other Sponsors (FOR SOME GREAT DOOR PRIZES) Air City Derby Champ Derby Worx Hodges Hobby House(winderby.com) Maximum Velocity Warp Speed
LETS MAKE THE LIMA OPEN THIS YEAR A BIGGER HIT WITH 100 CARS !!!
I WILL BE BRINGING MY 35' HOTWHEELS 4 LANE DRAG STRIP WITH A JUDGE FINISH LINE !!! MAKE SURE TO BRING SOME FAST HOTWHEELS AND MATCHBOX CARS FOR THE KIDS TO RACE.

I'm with Kevin !! I'd love to see 100+ cars at the Lima Land Open. There is no doubt it could happen. Fred and Kevin you guys are funny. It's awesome to see good friendly competition, it will only help to grow this hobby.
Papa Woody, Make plans to attend the Lima Land Open and make sure you bring Scott and Warren with you.
I'm glad everyone had a good time at the North Coast Open. I had no clue how much work it took to put on a race. There is no way you could do it without the help of friends and family. Thanks everyone !!
