Guys if you could keep my family and friends in your prayers this week, I would be thankful.
On Monday at about 6PM my sister in law was killed in a auto accident here in my small town. My nephew was seriously hurt and is in the hospital.
As I am a fireman and police officer here all my friends were there at the scene. They worked very hard to save her life, but god wanted her home. The accident was less then a block from teh fire station and they were there right away. Please pray for them as it is difficult for them too as they were friends with me and my sister in law.
Please hug your children and tell them you love them.

Many horrible things happen because of this fallen world. We sometimes don't understand why..... some things God chooses not to reveal to us the reason. The loss of a young life, a child being hurt, I often ask why? I don't have that answer. But remember this, Christ is our shield, He is our comfort, He is our portion, and He is our strength. These can all be found at the foot of the cross. Pray to Him and ask for His guidence and to give you the strength and comfort for all to deal with this tragedy. I promise that no matter how bad the storm, He can guide you thru. Praise him in the storm, He will answer and He will be there for you. As a believer, we grieve during these times for the loss, but we also rejoice as another has entered the kingdom of Heaven in God's presence. There is no pain, there is no sorrow, there is no dissappointment for your sister in law. She walks the street of gold with Christ himself. From our family to yours, we will pray that the spirit of God will work in your hearts to give you comfort and understanding thru these difficult times. We will be praying for the quick and complete recovery of your nephew. May God bless you and your family. Scott Beakerboys

Sorry for your loss. Let's hope the boy gets well very soon, losing his mom is enough trauma for him to endure.
And thank you for your service to your community. You put your life on the line every day, and I don't think people could thank guys like you enough.

My sister was killed two years ago in a head on collision (her two boys are in the picture with us at Ethan's District Pinewood Derby). I know how this kind of death can devestate a family. You all have my sincere sympathy and your family will be in my prayers. Time does ease the pain, but the loss will always be felt.
How is your nephew doing? Is he out of the hospital? He will definitely be in our prayers for a good recovery and for God to help heal his heart and give him strength in coping with the loss of his mom.
